Twenty-Five Percent Happier
I have visited the blogs of people who visits mine, just to return a favor. Today an article about “How to boost up happiness by 25%“ has caught my attention.
It says that psychologists had proven that people who list down 5 things that they are grateful off is 25% more happier than people who does not.
So here are the 5 things I am grateful of:
- God - for hearing and answering my prayers.
- Family - for being supportive.
- Friends - for carrying me when I fall.
- My Job - for making my brains work and my financial needs.
- My Things (car, laptop, mobile phone, tv, etc.) - for the comfort it brings

each person would need to be diagnose for everything before a medicine could be prescribed - Jeph : hi, 2 years before when i was doing medical test for embassy purposes my SGPT ratio was 120 . but i haven't make another test since this time . is it danger ? i always feel my stomach blown . note that i haven't drink (except very little) since 2 years, and i don't smoke, and i'm not fat .. is there any solution other than drinking water or making exercises ? is there a good medicine ? thanks ...
